How do we collect your data?

Automatically: Technical data (IP address, browser type, etc.) is collected by our IT systems and through our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare).
Our website is hosted on an external server. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This includes IP addresses, metadata, and communication data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (secure and fast provision of our website).
We use the services of Cloudflare Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare operates a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and provides security services (Web Application Firewall).
To do this, the traffic between your browser and our website is routed through Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare analyzes this traffic to prevent attacks and ensure fast loading times. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is a certified participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
To ensure an appealing and uniform presentation of our website, we use web fonts. To protect your privacy, we do not load these fonts from external servers (like Google Fonts). Instead, fonts are hosted locally on our own server using Yabe Webfont.
When you access a page, no connection to Google servers is established, and no data (such as your IP address) is transmitted to third parties for the purpose of displaying fonts. The legal basis for this local integration is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
Our website uses the Complianz cookie consent technology to obtain your legally required consent for the storage of certain cookies and to document this in a data protection-compliant manner.
When you enter our website, a connection is established with the Complianz database to record your preferences. A cookie is then stored in your browser to assign the consents given or their revocation.
